You can now view, add, and edit facility information directly in the BulkLoads app — including real-time wait times for loading and unloading. This update brings transparency to the shipping process by letting users share and access live feedback from other carriers.
In Simple Terms:
You can now check how long wait times are at different facilities before you arrive — and even update them yourself to help others. Think of it like crowdsourced reviews and updates for bulk facilities.
How to Use It:
Open the BulkLoads app and scroll down to find the new Facilities section.
Tap a facility to view details like location, trailer types, and reviews.
Add or edit info such as wait times (loading or unloading), directions, or facility notes.
If a facility isn’t listed, you can add it yourself by entering the name, address, and trailer types.
Why It Matters:
This update helps carriers plan more efficiently, manage detention time, and avoid surprises. You’ll know in advance if a facility has long waits, a breakdown, or nearby alternatives that can handle your load. The more drivers contribute, the better and more accurate this feature becomes — helping the entire BulkLoads community move smarter.
